1 General Provisions

"User", "member", or "player" refers to any person who has created an account on 444i or is using the platform. These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali and apply to the Bangladeshi market.

2 Account Registration
To create an account on 444i, users must provide accurate and truthful information. The following conditions are mandatory:
- Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- The name, email, phone number, and address provided at registration must be completely accurate.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. The password must not be shared with any third party.
- Any suspicious activity related to the account must be reported to the 444i support team immediately.
- Users must be prepared to provide all documents required for identity verification (KYC).
3 Age Requirement
The minimum age to use 444i services is 21 years. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from using this platform.
If 444i confirms that a member created an account while under 21, that account will be closed immediately and any funds in the account may be forfeited. 444i's decision on this matter will be considered final.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Terms
The 444i platform currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. When making a deposit, please ensure all details are correct — incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation.

- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
- Deposits from third-party accounts or unauthorized methods will not be accepted
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, processing time may be longer if identity verification or a security review is required.

5 Bonuses and Promotions
444i offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The current welcome bonus is 200% on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Please read the terms below carefully before claiming a bonus.
Welcome Bonus Terms
- 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000
- Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount
- Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus
- Each bonus has a set expiry date — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry
VIP Program
444i's VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the player's activity and participation. 444i reserves the right to change VIP terms and conditions at any time.
6 Gaming Rules
The 444i platform offers cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and many other types of games. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting to play.
General Gaming Rules
- Once a round or bet has started, it cannot be cancelled.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 444i will review the situation and make a decision.
- 444i is not responsible for issues caused by internet disconnection.
- Game results stored on the provider's server will be considered final.
- Taking advantage of faulty software or technical errors in games is prohibited.
Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Betting markets and odds may change at any time at 444i's discretion.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444i platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and the relevant funds may be forfeited:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds
- Attempting to hack the platform's systems or using unauthorized technology
- Using multiple identities to abuse bonuses
- Playing games using automated bots or software
- Threatening or harassing other members
- Providing fake or forged documents
- Using third-party payment accounts
8 Account Suspension and Closure
444i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Fraud, deception, or suspicious activity
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information
- Being identified as a minor
- Extended period of account inactivity
Members may also request account closure through the support team if they wish. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned via a verified payment method before the account is closed.
9 Privacy and Security
